What is the eligibility criteria to become HookoluPay, Who can become your Associate?

Anyone, who wishes to open his travel agency or want to start a retail shop for mobile/DTH recharge can become our Associate. There is no minimum eligibility criteria. However, we do validate the information provided by you while you register.

What is eligibility criteria to become a money transfer associate?

To become a money transfer associate you need to submit your KYC documents like PAN Card and any address proof ( Aadhar card, Driving license, Electricity or any utility book, bank pass book etc). A valid PAN is mandatory requirement for money transfer associate.

What is the Associate registration procedure and registration fee?

You need to fill our registration form here to become our associate. There is a one time registration fee.

Is it compulsory to join under a HookoluPay's existing distributor?

NO, you can either become our direct associate or you can join using any of our distributors across India.

Is this a LAPU or modem based recharge?

HookoluPay uses API as well as LAPU based recharge. We use API based software that is much faster and reliable. LAPU based recharge is used for higher commissions, if required.

I am an associate , How can I see my provider wise commission?

As soon as you register with us, you get a welcome email with your account details. Along with this email, you get an attachment with commission chart. This attachment contains commission % for each service and each operator

Will there be separate balance for flight booking & recharge?

NO, you can use single wallet balance for doing all transactions from your panel. No need to maintain separate balance for separate service.

How would an associate get his commission?

As soon as the transaction (booking or recharge) is done by an agent, he will get the commission. You commission will be given in your balance.

What is the procedure of balance transfer for associate?

To get balance in your associate panel, you need to deposit funds in HookoluPay’s bank account through online banking (e-transfer or NEFT), cheque or cash. After depositing the funds, create a balance request from your agent panel. Our account department will review the request and give you balance in your wallet account.

What is the process for pending or failure transactions?

If a transaction is pending, you should wait for some time as our system is automatic and the transaction will be either success or failure. In case the transaction fails, you will automatically get refund of the amount

What is the eligibility criteria to become HookoluPay's Distributor, Who can become your distributor?

Anyone, who wants to grow his network by making more and more associates under him can become our distributor. There is no minimum eligibility criteria. However, we do validate the information provided by you while you register.

What is the distributor registration procedure and registration fee?

You need to fill our registration form here to become our distributor. There is a one time registration fee.

What is the procedure of balance transfer for distributor?

To get balance in your distributor panel, you need to deposit funds in HookoluPay's bank account through online banking (e-transfer or NEFT), cheque or cash. After depositing the funds, create a balance request from your distributor panel. Our account department will review the request and give you balance in your panel.

How would a distributor get his commission?

As soon as your associate does a transaction(recharge or booking), distributor commission will be credited to his balance.

How much time does it take for balance update?

Normally it takes less than 15 minutes for approval of balance transfer after we get funds in our bank accounts and our partner has sent a valid balance request from his panel.

Can I get my balance updated on Sundays and Holidays?

YES, you can get balance transfer on Sundays and holidays.

Is there a minimum fund transfer limit?

Minimum fund limit for associate is Rs 500 and for distributor it is Rs 1000

Is there a minimum recharge amount limit ?

NO, there is no limit on the recharge amount provided that particular recharge value/top up/package is available for the selected operator

What can I do from my side for fast approval of my fund request?

By filling accurate information in the balance request, you can get fast balance transfer. Also, depositing a unique amount like Rs 1293, Rs 1103, Rs 3002 etc instead of whole amount like Rs 2000 will make the balance transfer even faster.

How can I submit KYC documents?

KYC documents can be submitted online, through your associate panel. Along with KYC documents you need to verify your mobile no and email ID

How much time it takes for KYC verification?

KYC verification is a manual process and normally it takes approximately 24 Hrs for verification

What are the mode of fund transfer supported in DMR?

We support both IMPS and NEFT modes of fund transfer.

Do you support fund transfer in all banks of India?

Yes, we support money transfer in all banks of India.
